- Provide outstanding customer service and an exceptional in-store customer journey.
- Identify products and services that meet customers’ needs to transform their telecommunications experience.
- Support customers in choosing solutions and completing purchases in a target-driven environment.

- Ability to build connections with new and existing customers.
- Ability to develop customised solutions for customers.
- Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
