We are seeking a Behavioural Therapist to join our Positive Behaviour Support team.
This role involves working with individuals and their families to identify needs, develop and deliver support plans, and build the knowledge and capacity of those who support them.
* Evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
* Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies using the positive behaviour support framework
* Supporting individuals to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
