Overview
With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, you will provide a range of technical and clinical support activities to surgeons and medical professionals within the public and private hospital operating theatre setting to ensure optimal patient and clinical outcomes. Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day-to-day will incorporate a range of activities including attending cases, clinical support for DEX procedures, and enabling the broader sales team with product information and training.
Responsibilities
- Attend cases and provide clinical support for DEX procedures
- Deliver results in line with the business strategy and equip the sales team with product information and training
- Support tenders and manage Private Hospital Group accounts
- Oversee and manage key accounts in the sales region
- Map out and convert leads to execute successful product launches
- Use metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
About the Requirements
- Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or commercially minded professionals transitioning into sales (e.g., Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists)
- Strong teamwork orientation and a long-term, relationship-based sales approach
- Strategic thinking and constructive challenge skills
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation abilities
