Job Description
About The Role:
· Plan, coordinate, and manage E&I projects from initiation to completion.
· Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
· Prepare and review project documentation including schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and technical specifications.
· Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
· Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
· Support procurement and logistics coordination for E&I materials and equipment.
· Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status.
· Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and submitted on time.
About You:
· 2–5 years of experience in project management or coordination in an electrical and instrumentation (E&I) environment.
· Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, or Cert 3 Electrical and Instrumentation.
· Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of E&I systems, drawings, and specifications.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
· Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and industry regulations.
