Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft Fabric environments in production, ensuring stability, governance, and smooth operations across Azure and AWS platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain Microsoft Fabric Instances (DSP & IA) in production.
* Ensure Prod/Non-Prod environment hygiene, including Azure & AWS Jump Boxes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fabric pipelines, dataflows, and workspace configurations.
* Coordinate with data engineering and BI teams for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
* Implement and enforce data governance policies using Microsoft Purview
* Track and report SLA compliance, operational metrics, and ticket resolution timelines.
* Perform capacity planning for Fabric workloads and optimize resource utilization.
* Validate security and compliance for all Fabric components.
* Support change management for deployments and upgrades in production.
Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric architecture and operational best practices
* Familiarity with Azure and AWS environments, including security and access control.
* Experience in incident management, problem resolution, and change control
* Understanding of data governance tools and compliance frameworks.
