Anila Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded independent school to recruit an experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator for a fixed-term contract (Term 1 – 3 months), with an ASAP start through to 6 April 2026. Based in Sydney, this is an outstanding opportunity to step into a well-supported, professional OSHC service while the current Coordinator is on leave.

* $90,000 – $92,000 (pro-rata) + super
* Full-time, fixed-term contract (Term 1 – 3 months)
* 10:00am – 2:40pm dedicated admin, programming and compliance time
* 2:40pm – 6:00pm on the floor with operational leadership focus
* Dedicated office with high-quality equipment
* Full-time Assistant Director with aligned admin hours
* Dedicated service Administrator handling enrolments and bookings

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Responsible Person, overseeing quality, compliance and daily operations
* Manage children's health, safety and wellbeing in line with regulations
* Liaise with families and maintain clear, professional communication
* Work closely with the Assistant Director to deliver high-quality programs
* Support, guide and mentor educators across the service
* Provide operational leadership during afternoon sessions
* Ensure compliance documentation and procedures are maintained
* Collaborate with school leadership and wider school staff
* Act as Centre Coordinator in the absence of the Coordinator
* Deliver positive experiences for children, families and the community
What You'll Need (Essential)
* Previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator orEarly Years management experience with exposure to OSHC
* Strong understanding of OSHC compliance and service operations
* Confident leadership and team mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Ability to commence ASAP
