Site Administrator Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the infrastructure landscape.
* Maintain and update health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, SWMS, and safety data sheets as applicable to the project.
* Assist in conducting site safety audits and inspections with the Health and Safety Manager.
* Responsible for liaising ordering and maintaining HSES Assets, and Consumables.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support incident and accident investigations, including documentation and follow-up actions & lodging into the system.
* Assist in ensuring all safety signage, PPE Consumables (Excluding Clothing), and site controls are in place and up to date.
* Liaise with site supervisors and contractors to promote compliance with safety standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in site administration or a similar role in the civil construction industry.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Understanding of construction processes, WHS regulations, and industry documentation requirements.
