* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
* Reconciling vendor statements and assisting with end-of-month processes.
* Managing corporate credit card expenditure and daily bank statement downloads.
* Handling internal transfers and managing the accounts inbox.
* Supporting accounts receivable tasks including receipting, invoicing, and stakeholder liaison.
* Performing imports/exports between accounting and property systems.
* Providing backup support across finance functions and reception as required.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance.
* Strong experience in Accounts Payable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
