Personal Carer – BlueCare – Mount Morgan, QLD – Permanent Part Time

Join BlueCare as a Personal Carer. You will provide support and care to clients living in the community, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and supporting clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
• Deliver care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan.
• Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
• Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Own a roadworthy and insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum).
• Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
