Compliance Officer (Graduate) About the company Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech startup in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, is seeking a compliance officer to expand their Risk Management team.
They pride themselves on fostering a robust culture of risk awareness while supporting the strategic growth of the business. About the role Reporting directly to the Risk Manager, this is a fantastic entry-level opportunity designed to build your foundational expertise in financial services compliance. This is a fully on-site position based in the Stirling office.
Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and accurately updating key risk, breach, and incident registers. Supporting routine compliance monitoring and basic quality assurance checks across business operations.
Assisting with data gathering and drafting regular risk reports for the Executive Team. Providing administrative coordination for AML/CTF and Cyber Risk Assessments. About you
To be successful in this graduate role, you will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the following: Qualifications: A recent tertiary degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
Capabilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect inconsistencies in data or processes. Drive: A genuine interest in learning and developing a long-term career in corporate risk and compliance. Benefits
