365 Services Pty Ltd was created as a vehicle to deliver a wider range of facility services to both existing and new clients. Originally established as a provider of primarily cleaning services to supermarkets, warehouses and other commercial and retail businesses, we soon saw an opportunity to 'upsell' to our customers by offering a wider range of facility maintenance services such as pressure cleaning, high cleans, landscaping, carpet cleaning,window cleaning (high & low) and many other similar trade services. 365 Services Pty Ltd has now expanded its services to include almost all trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, handyman and fencing.
**About the role**
As a Marketing Specialist, you play a crucial role in identifying and seizing market opportunities. Your responsibilities encompass advising on the formulation, execution, and oversight of comprehensive Marketing plans geared towards acquiring clients for facility management and cleaning contracts.
You will collaborate with partners to actualize and implement marketing and communications objectives. Additionally, you will take the lead in crafting strategies and overseeing promotional activities, ensuring the ongoing success of the 365 Facility Management. This role involves the high-level and expert delivery of our brand, aiming to attract clients who are interested in obtaining services on facility management. You will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and promoting content across various channels, including the Company website, Newsletters, Social Media platforms, EDM, and more.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to strategically support sales objectives.
- Develop communication material, including industry body campaigns, advertising material, and company collateral, aimed at creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services.
- Ensure ongoing development and implementation of the Company's brand guidelines in alignment with advertising strategies.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to inform future strategies.
- Gain exposure to advertising campaigns across Google AdWords and various social media platforms to reach target markets effectively.
- Assist in shaping network and supplier relationships across multiple countries to support business growth and development.
- Provide editing and proofreading support as required to maintain the highest quality standards in advertising materials.
Selection Criteria
- A degree with at least 4 years of education/training experience in a Vocational (VET) and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in the marketing spectrum.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in the development and implementation of best-practice marketing and communications strategies that achieve set goals and targets.
- Ability to develop and drive coherent branding, messaging, and content in a multicultural and diverse organization.
- Multilingual: Proficiency in English, and other languages is an advantage.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator and Indesign (desirable).
- Days / Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 +Super
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
