We are looking for a Transport Allocator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth and efficient coordination of our transport operations.
In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
Conduct driver debriefs and ensure all post-run checks are completed accurately
Monitor fridge temperatures and telematics systems to maintain compliance and performance standards
Collaborate with the local operations to ensure the following day's schedule is fully prepared
Coordinate freight and driver allocations effectively to meet delivery timelines
Build and maintain strong working relationships with drivers and customers through clear and proactive communication
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus and exceptional organisational ability
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
The ability to problem-solve and think creatively under pressure
A Heavy Truck Licence (highly regarded)
Experience using Transport Management Systems (preferred)
