The All Ages Ministry Assistant role provides support and assistance to the All Ages Ministry Leader through development, implementation and facilitation of ministry and programs. The Assistant will be available to participants in providing companionship, care, and support through ministry.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in facilitation of ministry activities.
Respond to individual needs effectively.
Administration duties as required including answering of emails and phone calls, making referrals when directed by team leader and accurate data entry.
Facilitating transportation for people/goods under direction of the All Ages Ministry Leader /Corps Officer as required.
Confidentiality of participant information is maintained. Maintain confidentiality of interactions during group time.
Engage and manage the group dynamics and individuals needs and enjoyment of the program.
Ensure supportive and caring environment for attendees.
Provide and deliver lessons based on the Bible and Biblical principles.
Qualifications and skills (desired/required):
Experience in relevant field highly desired.
Commitment to the Christian faith and Experience in relevant field highly regarded
