It does offer hybrid working options.About the Role:This role supports the procurement of materials and services needed for specific projects, and involves material planning and managing suppliers, ensuring material availability and timely delivery. You will work closely with other areas of the business including: Operations, Warehouse, QA, QC, Finance, Process Engineers and Project Mangers to ensure successful project outcomes.What You'll do:Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning:Ensure batch planning in SAP reflects the site MPS (Master Production Schedule)Monitor batch readiness using SAP and availability reportsMaintain batch material availability reports up to date and aligned with batch requirementsPerform batch movement assessments based on MPS changesMaterial Ordering:Revision and release of project requirements within planning horizon as per site MPS, considering material expiry and order volumesOrder acknowledgement, ETA follow-up and update of delivery dates in SAPSupport Warehouse team to resolve inbound issuesDemand Planning Support:Assist batch reconciliation and costing roll-upsAssist forecast setting, review and updateInternal Customer Communications:Generate material reports from SAP to provide ordering status and updates to Process Engineers and Operations during weekly meetingsCollaborate with Warehouse and Quality Control teams to track completion of material inbound and quality release within expected windowAccounts Payable (AP) Team Support:Support financial arrangements related to paymentsReview of invoicing issues in Catalyst, making sure that 3 way-match (order, goods receipt and invoice) is met prior invoice due dateProcess Improvements:Develop planning reports for project availability assessment and material usage trendsSuggest changes and improvements to purchasing and planning activities, collaborate with the rest of the team to find a better way.Support any improvement initiatives within planning and purchasingSupport work instructions and standard procedures draftingOther Responsibilities:Follow all company standard procedures and cGMP standards.Participate in site initiatives (e.g., green teams, social club, etc)Compliance to site EH&S rules and requirements.Keys to Success:Education:• An Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills & Experience:1+ years of relevant industry work experience within a similar procurement/supply chain rolePossess excellent analysis skills and numerical ability, able to manipulate and interpret large quantities of data.Medium level proficiency in report creation and data analysis, strong knowledge in Excel is requiredStrong levels of resilience, able to work under pressure with little supervision and drive for results.Proficient in English, both in oral and written communicationA background in contract manufacturing and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience is desiredBenefits:Join our team and take advantage of these great benefits!
