Job Description
Do you have a passion for mixology and creating unforgettable guest experiences? The William Inglis Hotel is seeking a dynamic and creative Full‐Time Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will shake things up behind the bar, crafting exceptional drinks and leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

From designing signature cocktails to delighting guests with new taste experiences, you will gain hands‐on experience in an exciting and fast‐paced environment.

Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
2. Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
5. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
