We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operator with a Forklift licence and solid experience to join our team. Koko Black Group's Support Office and Creative Centre are based in Melbourne, with retail stores located across the country. Our premium chocolate is crafted in our Creative Centre in Heidelberg West and distributed nationally to our retail stores, corporate and wholesale clients, and online customers. Regular hours for this role are between 3PM - 11:06PM, Monday to Friday. We offer you: A supportive team environment Access to our Employee Assistance Program Generous discounts on Koko Black product You will be responsible for: Operating a forklift Picking, packing and loading product as required Inputting accurate information into our stock management systems Supporting a culture of best practice, customer service and improvement Adhering to and promoting Occupational Health and Safety best practice The ideal candidate will: Have a FLT licence and experience Experience with high reach forklifts Have prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Have basic understanding of and experience using stock management/inventory systems Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Understand manual handling methods Possess energy and motivation to achieve the highest standards Be an effective communicator Preferably have knowledge of Food Safety and BRC.
