Hotel Manager Opportunity
About the role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prominent hotel in the heart of Melbourne. As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of a large-scale hotel with multiple departments and 200+ rooms.
You will lead from the front, inspiring your team to strive for commercial and operational success. This includes achieving excellence in guest satisfaction, people development, and financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to keep relevant parties informed of business growth, decisions, and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve guest satisfaction, develop people, and drive financial growth.
2. Oversee all property products, services, policies, and emergency procedures.
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
4. Strengthen partnerships with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
5. Contribute to operations, assist with housekeeping, front office, and create business plans for food, beverage, and events.
The candidate:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a 200+ room hotel. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to develop and implement strategies, and have a strong financial acumen.
