Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support services, tailored to meet the needs of our program of work, including teaching, learning, and research initiatives.
* Leverage leadership skills to direct administrative staff and provide on-the-job training and guidance as needed.
* Create a range of high-level documents, encompassing correspondence, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with university staff to coordinate timetabling and scheduling.
* Offer financial and HR support in consultation with the Faculty Manager.
* Address complex enquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service to students and University stakeholders.
* Manage records and databases, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and accessibility.
* Execute tasks and communications accurately and efficiently, maintaining close liaison with other organizational areas.
* Supply precise, detailed information through data entry, spreadsheet management, correspondence handling, database management, collation of data for reports, and under direction, prepare written communication.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement by reviewing, developing, and implementing enhanced administrative systems and processes.
* Administer support for the planning and delivery of rural events and engagement activities for students.
