Job Summary:
Fraud & Scams Officer
We are seeking a skilled professional to identify, investigate and prevent fraud and scams targeting customers.
* Liaise with stakeholders regarding customer queries and follow up until an acceptable resolution is reached.
* Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints using sound judgement.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship management skills and attention to detail.
