Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to regional growth plans and support senior management in implementing business strategies.
* Monitor the implementation of regional business plans and develop corrective actions as required.
* Work with senior leadership to achieve staff capability development and implement strategic initiatives.
* Identify opportunities for innovation in service lines and markets to be proposed to senior leadership.
* Communicate and implement initiatives that support the delivery of strategic imperatives.
* Generate business across regional boundaries and leverage national clients.
* Drive innovation and industry-leading practices.
Account Management:
* Develop and implement plans to find, manage, retain, and grow revenue in key client accounts.
* Monitor the performance of local client portfolios and take corrective action to change or dissolve unprofitable relationships.
* Manage client contact data within CRM and Finance systems.
* Convert leads and opportunities into client accounts through targeted outreach.
Staff Management:
* Employ, retain, develop, mentor, and coach staff as needed.
* Ensure recruitment processes align with company values and technical competencies.
