Director of Integrated Services
About this senior leadership position.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to develop, manage, and grow integrated services for legal, community education, law reform, and client support models. Drive strategic growth, collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment with organizational values and goals.
* Develop best practice frameworks for maximum project impact and evaluation. Build partnerships to address community health and justice needs. Integrate financial counselors and social workers into client support models.
* Collaborate with the CEO to ensure consistent management across the organization. Supervise, mentor, conduct performance reviews, and provide support.
