About the role:
SBcare is seeking a candidate who is looking to complete a Business Administration Traineeship based in Kingaroy, commencing January 2025. The traineeships will involve:
- Reception and general administration
- Greet and handle general enquiries via phone, email and face to face
- Data entry, filing and archiving
- Receipting
- Working with the broader team to cross check staff and client rosters are effective, efficient and meet the needs of the organisation
- Using a variety of computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence/documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
- Scheduling appointments and room allocations
- Photocopying and printing various documents
To be eligible for a traineeship, applicants must not have completed any qualification higher than a Certificate II.
It is essential, the successful applicants commit to undertaking all the required study and assessments in order to effectively complete the traineeship and achieve the final qualification.
Requirements:
- Positive National Police Check
- Open Australian Driver's Licence (current)
- Current Vehicle Registration and Compulsory Third-Party Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow)
- Positive Working with Children (Blue) Card
- COVID-19 Immunizations (minimum of two)
- Complete Pre-employment Health Declaration outlining any pre-existing conditions (as detailed in section 571 of the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003).
