About the Role
We are seeking a Personal assistant to work directly with the Director of the company.
Duties
* Scheduling the day to day operations including speaking with customers to arrange days and times.
* General office admin – taking phone calls/replying to emails.
* All social media management.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in office administration.
* High level of customer service.
* Proven skills in social media management.
* Outstanding time management.
* Experience in all Microsoft platforms.
Additional skills
* Experience with Xero, Service m8, Canva and Vistaprint preferred but not essential.
