Our Lady of Grace School, located in North Beach, has been serving the educational needs of local families for over 70 years. Formed in the tradition of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, we are a Christ-centred, child-focused, triple-stream primary school committed to nurturing students in faith, learning, and community.

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Finance Administrative Assistant to support the day to day financial operations of our school. This role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll preparation, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be proficient in data entry, have experience using accounting software, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, accurate, and capable of managing routine financial tasks in a timely manner. The position is part time, working 2 days per week.

Selection Criteria

* Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education
* Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrate the need for confidentiality, discretion, and a professional manner
* Proven Advanced computer skills and knowledge including experience in financial programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet applications
* Previous experience in AoS Student Management, AoS 365 Dynamics and SEQTA data management is highly desired, but not essential
* Sound knowledge and demonstrated ability of relevant accrual accounting practices Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritise workload
* Previous experience in the school office environment is highly desired, but not essential
Qualifications Required
* Accounting/Bookkeeping Qualifications (desirable)
* Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to attain this)
