What you'll contribute to
As our new Regional Business Planning Analyst, you won't just be crunching the numbers; you'll be the analytical engine behind our Central Region Dealer network. Sitting in the middle of the action in Field Operations, your insights will directly shape the financial game plans that keep our Dealers thriving, profitable, and ready for the future of mobility.
How you'll make an impact
* Supercharge Dealer Performance: Track and report on how our Dealers are performing, providing regional leaders and owners with insights and blueprints to plan, review, and reinvest with confidence while uncovering risks and growth opportunities.
* Innovate the Playbook: Build, tweak, and level up our financial reporting systems and business processes, ensuring Franchise Development standards stay best‐in‐class and continuously improve.
* Be the Data Whisperer: Turn complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations, helping to find the story while enabling smart, high‐level business decisions.
* Spot the Next Big Thing: Keep a close eye on financial activity to act as an early warning system for risks and a talent scout for hidden growth opportunities.
* Connect the Crew: Serve as the go‐to for finance and business queries, keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned while helping run vibrant Franchise Development forums.
Your attributes
* Degree or Diploma qualification in Accountancy or a related discipline.
* 2+ years' accumulative experience.
* Experience in management accounting with financial systems knowledge.
* Experience in project coordination.
* Experience in data analysis and interpreting numerical trends.
* Understanding of the operational requirements of a Dealer network.
* Experience collaborating and communicating across various levels within an organisation.
