Partner role

We welcome experienced clinicians to join Converge as Partners, delivering mental health support to our client organisations and their employees. Our team regularly reviews demand in specific locations to determine the availability of Partner opportunities. Once engaged, Partners reserve an agreed number of hours to support Converge customers.

As a Partner, you will

* Provide high-quality counselling services under the EAP framework
* Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces
* Offer short-term solution-focused interventions and support
* Have an established practice to see clients face-to-face (preferred modality)
* Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills
* Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective

Requirements

* Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences
* Registration/membership with ACA/PACFA/AASW/AHPRA
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health following qualification and registration/membership
* Experience in solutions-oriented counselling interventions across different modalities
* Excellent time management, organisation, negotiation, and basic to advanced technical skills

Don't have a practice where you see clients face-to-face? No problem. We'd be happy to explore other clinical services with you, such as Rapid Response and Integrated Onsite Support, where you can support Converge customers on an ad hoc basis.
