Your role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in an 8-week transition program.
* Providing comprehensive nursing care in acute settings (Medical, Orthopaedics, CCU/CTU).
* Monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Working with Mater Education Clinical Facilitators and Educators.
About you
Candidates should possess:
* Experience as a community Registered Nurse.
* Skills in providing quality care and support to patients.
* Interest in transitioning to acute care settings.
