Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

About the Role
As a Full-Time Educator, you will:
* Create and deliver engaging learning experiences based on the EYLF and NQS
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
* Contribute to documentation, planning, and reflective practice
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
* Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support children's growth
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
* Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
* A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* Previous experience in early learning (preferred)
* Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
