Empower Young Minds: Mental Health Clinician
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic team in Bathurst. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based mental health care to young people aged 12-25, promoting their wellbeing and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver assessments, care coordination, and interventions that address the unique needs of each young person
* Facilitate group sessions for young people and their families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clients
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or a relevant professional body
* Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
* Ability to connect with diverse clients and build strong rapport
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
