Childcare Administration & Customer Accounts Officer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team in a childcare management role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our childcare services, assist with customer accounts, and act as the primary point of contact between the company and Services Australia.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in administration, be well-versed in Microsoft applications, and have knowledge of the childcare sector. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organisational abilities.

* Answer incoming telephone calls and emails while providing a professional response in a timely manner
* Provide support to Service Managers via telephone and email
