About LifeFlight
LifeFlight Australia is a leading aeromedical organisation dedicated to saving lives through rapid response medical services. Operating a fleet of helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, LifeFlight delivers critical care and emergency retrievals across Queensland and beyond. In addition to its lifesaving missions, LifeFlight runs a world-class training academy, equipping aviation and medical professionals with the skills needed for high-pressure environments. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of care and make a real difference in the communities we serve.

About The Role
As a Supporter Care and Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in LifeFlight's life-saving mission. Your accuracy and care will ensure every donation, event contribution, and supporter transaction is processed efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our financial and supporter systems.

You'll provide exceptional service across every interaction — from processing donations and managing enquiries to supporting compliance and financial coordination with our Finance team. Using Salesforce CRM, you'll keep supporter data up to date and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to keep our fundraising operations running smoothly.

This permanent (PT/FT) role working up to 38 hours per week is based at our LifeFlight Foundation Office in Robina, offering a collaborative, friendly work environment with the convenience of Robina Town Centre nearby.

It's a rewarding opportunity to combine your attention to detail with your passion for making a difference, helping ensure every act of generosity directly supports saving lives

About You
You're an organised and detail-focused professional who takes pride in accuracy and supporting a team's success. Experienced in administration or data-driven roles, you're confident managing multiple tasks and maintaining high standards under pressure.

You build strong working relationships and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders. Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, you know how to work efficiently and follow procedures with care.

Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce, or working in a fundraising or not-for-profit environment, will be highly regarded. Above all, you bring a positive attitude and a commitment to helping make every supporter interaction count.
