Are you passionate about creating impactful digital experiences? We're looking for a Digital Communications Consultant to join our team and help shape how we connect with our audiences across digital platforms.
About the Role
* Provide expert advice on digital content and channels, including social media, websites, and EDMs.
* Curate, review, audit, and maintain digital content to meet business and customer needs.
* Advocate for and identify opportunities to deliver communications through digital channels.
* Develop and deliver channel-specific content and messaging.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and create content promoting Main Roads information and services.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and advise on improvements to enhance our channels.
* Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to curate and deliver effective communications tailored to specific channels and audiences.
* Strong understanding of digital platforms (websites, intranets, social media, etc.).
* Ability to initiate and facilitate conversations that advocate for proactive digital service delivery.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in social media ad management and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, search engine principles, and UX/CX best practices.
