The Role of a Caregiver
We're seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our team in WAGGA, NSW. As a caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing care support to our clients, focusing on delivering exceptional client-focused behavior while maintaining empathy and dignity.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering Person-Centred Care: Work within an enabling environment respecting the rights and needs of each client, promoting their autonomy and independence.
* Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties to ensure clients maintain their best possible standard of living.
* Providing companionship and support through daily errands, social activities, and educational pursuits.
* Preparing meals, feeding clients, and administering medications as needed, adhering to individual care plans.
* Monitoring health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
