Role Description
This is a part-time, mainly from home, role for a Family Lawyer. There will be times when the successful candidate would need to attend the office in Subiaco for appointments.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in family law
* Strong drafting skills
* Proficiency in negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution techniques
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters effectively
* Current, unrestricted WA Practicing Certificate
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
* Experience in representing clients in court proceedings an advantage
