About the role As part of our In-House Property Legal team, based onsite at our Homebush West Corporate Office, you will support the company’s $4.2 billion global property portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Legal – Property, you will handle a broad range of property legal matters, including retail, commercial and industrial leasing throughout Australia, and advising the business on a broad spectrum of property related issues. About you You will be a qualified Australian lawyer with 3 years post admission experience, specialising in property law. You will have experience from a well-regarded property law firm or in-house legal role, and you will have an advanced knowledge of the Retail Leases Act across all states and territories. You will also have: A current unrestricted NSW practicing certificate (certificate must be free of condition 2). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in LEAP software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and autonomously. Proven problem-solving abilities and experience meeting tight deadlines.
