**About the role**
We're looking for a friendly customer-service focused qualified to join the small and vibrant team to deliver exceptional consumer advice across a range of interaction channels.
In this varied role, you will support queries for our Dulux rewards program for painters, work with trade channels and support our painters app. Every day is different, and you will learn and grow so much. This role provides you brilliant exposure, as it works with various SBUs across the Group.
The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.
This is a full-time role, with hybrid working arrangement between** **home and office based out of our office in Padstow.
**Responsibilities**
- Booking Colour Consultations & liaising with Designers in both AU & NZ
- Helping our Account holders with any Loyalty & Rewards queries both AU & NZ
- Booking in courses with the Training Academy both AU & NZ
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to assist with adhoc duties
- Updating and help to manage our CRM with customer details
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and make a real impact
**Skills & Experience**
- Customer service experience - face to face or over the phone
- Paint knowledge or a passion for the DIY industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
