We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Sous Chef to join the PLG team at Sugar Gum Hotel in Hillside. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality.Located in Hillside, The Sugar Gum Hotel is a local landmark featuring a spacious family bistro, large kids' areas, and a casual 'social' area for pre-dinner cocktails or casual catch-ups.
