A Day in the Life of a Ship Agent: As a Ship’s Agent, your responsibilities include coordinating vessel operations, from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures in collaboration with all Port Stakeholders. You will work independently and as part of a cohesive team, ensuring smooth port calls and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your role involves continuous learning about business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory updates to stay informed and effective in your duties. Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion. Who You Are: You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for achieving excellence. While prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to learn and succeed. Attention to detail, administrative proficiency, and a good grasp of computer skills are essential.
