About AustCorp Executive
AustCorp Executive is a well-established Australian recruitment business with nearly 30 years of success, operating nationally from offices in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. We provide permanent, contract, and temporary recruitment solutions across seven specalist divisions and are known for our long-term relationships, industry expertise and people-first approach.
About the role
We're looking for a capable, hands‐on marketing professional to take ownership of AustCorp's end-to-end marketing function.
This is a standalone role responsible for managing and driving marketing across digital, content, email, social media, website, sales support, internal marketing enablement and marketing operations. You'll work closely with leadership to align activity with business priorities, while taking ownership of the company's marketing direction, execution and ongoing improvement.
A solid marketing base is already in place, including brand assets, website content, internal collateral, social templates and email infrastructure. The next phase of the role will focus heavily on inbound lead generation, funnel development, automation, lead tracking, digital growth and broader marketing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage AustCorp's overall marketing activities across brand, digital, content, email, social media, lead generation and internal enablement.
* Lead the next phase of the company's inbound marketing and lead generation strategy.
* Manage website content, SEO activity, blogs, digital content and online presence.
* Manage the company's email marketing platform, including backend administration, campaigns, automations and user support.
* Manage the LinkedIn company page and support the consultant's personal branding activity where needed
* Maintain and tailor company sales and marketing collateral, including proposals, capability statements, presentations and templates.
* Provide marketing onboarding, training and day‐to‐day support to internal stakeholders.
* Maintain and improve existing client retention and feedback systems that are already in place within the business.
* Identify and implement improvements across marketing systems, reporting, automation and funnel performance.
About you
You are not someone who needs a lot of structure handed to you. You are comfortable stepping into a broad role, understanding business needs quickly and taking ownership of both strategic and operational marketing work.
You are commercially aware, organised, creative and capable of running with projects independently. You can think at a high level, but you are also willing to execute the work yourself.
You'll ideally bring:
* Proven experience in a broad marketing role across strategy and execution
* Strong digital marketing capability across content, email, website, SEO, social media and lead generation.
* Experience with email marketing platforms, campaign management and automations.
* Proficiency in Canva and confidence in producing and editing branded business collateral
* The ability to work autonomously as the primary marketing specalist in the business
* Ability to train, support and communicate effectively with non-marketing stakeholders
* Strong organisation, initiative and follow‐through
* Recruitment, B2B services, professional services or SME experience will be highly regarded.
Why Join Us
This role offers a rare level of breadth, ownership, and practical exposure for someone who wants to build on their marketing experience and take the next step in their career.
Rather than being limited to one narrow area of marketing, you'll have the opportunity to work across strategy, lead generation, digital marketing, email, content, systems, reporting, and internal enablement.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a solid marketing foundation and wants to step into a broader role where they can take real ownership, apply their ideas, build new processes and create measurable commercial outcomes.
For the right person, this role will provide the kind of practical, portfolio‐building experience that is often difficult to obtain in more traditional roles. It offers the chance to take ownership of meaningful projects, influence strategy, implement ideas and build a track record of real business impact.
You'll be joining a mature, established business with a high-trust, high-performance, low-ego culture that values initiative, consistency and respect for life outside of work.
Benefits include:
* Full technology stack and access to key marketing systems
* Birthday Leave
* 4pm finish on Fridays
* Flexible working arrangements, including working from home options
* General annual leave plus Christmas shutdown period
* High achiever trips
* Quarterly and annual company events
* Modern workplaces across Australia
