Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the College's technology infrastructure by: Leading and supporting IT projects, including system upgrades and technology rollouts Administering and maintaining the College's hybrid server and network environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory Managing user accounts, access controls, and system permissions Overseeing system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery processes Providing professional, responsive technical support to staff and students across all campuses To view or download a Position Description, please see below About You You will bring both technical expertise and a service-focused mindset, along with: Demonstrated experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure management Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Hyper V, Azure, Exchange, Intune) Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field Why Join Christian College Geelong?
