Learning & Development Coordinator (0.4 FTE, 12 month contract)
This role is part of the People & Performance team, responsible for coordinating and enhancing the learner experience in the Foundational Leadership Programs, designing learning content, supporting the launch of the Leadership Capability Framework and supporting delivery of ARTC's leadership and development programs.

About The Team

Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of ARTC leadership and development programs.
* Support delivery of Employee Engagement Surveys.
* Develop, assign and maintain learning objects in the LMS.
* Manage learning assignments, including revisioning digital content and maintaining dynamic curriculum.
* Support the Organisational Capability team in the delivery of strategic initiatives and core operational activities.
Requirements
* Strong experience in managing programs and projects.
* Application of adult learning principles and instructional design, including digital/eLearning content design.
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain flexible.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to troubleshoot LMS and digital learning technical issues.
* Demonstrated planning and coordination skills.
