Our client, a well-established construction & services company in the Dandenong area, has a current position for an experienced Administration & Document control professional.
As the Administration & Document controller, you will assume responsibility for general administration duties including assisting with procurement & document control, with a focus on supporting the director of the company.
This role will be very flexible with the times required to work, some working from home is possible and some at the office in Dandenong. Generally, we are looking at 5 days per week - 9am-3pm.
Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills, and accuracy in data entry and administration.
- Proven administration skills
- Good phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
$30 per hour + superannuation
