The Role
You will collaborate and partner across all areas of our business to provide daily support to multiple sites.
This is a hands-on role, you will roll your sleeves up, and get involved at all levels.
Responsibilities includes, but is not limited to;
* Provide level 1, 2 and some level 3 support to end users within a Microsoft environment
* Monitoring and updating the help desk system
* Support user onboarding and offboarding
* Resolving queries over the phone, remotely and on-site
* Troubleshooting and escalating end user IT requests
* Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets and warehouse equipment
* Install, maintain, and decommission end-user hardware and software, liaising with suppliers and technology partners as needed.
* Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment
* Complete troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
* Maintain user organisational records
* Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
* Maintain IT asset records, ensuring accurate tracking of company equipment.
* Manage user training platforms managing campaigns and reporting
* Provide documentation and assist in developing knowledge bases for common issues
* After hour support may be required on Ad-Hoc basis
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
Must have:
* Strong experience on MS 365 office suite, MS Intune and defender.
* Tertiary qualifications in any relevant course are an advantage
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
* Strong written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style according to needs/knowledge of others
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity.
* Minium 5 years 'experience with strong computer skills and experience with various technology
* Current drivers' licence (Regular travel is required)
* Permanent Resident and/or Australian Citizen
* Able to travel interstate
