As our business grows, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Role OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team with administrative and operational tasks.
You will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, handling client inquiries, assisting with compliance requirements, and ensuring the seamless coordination of support services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to management and support staff.Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.Maintain accurate client records and assist with NDIS documentation and compliance.Manage scheduling, rostering, and appointments for support workers and clients.Process invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if required).Ensure all administrative processes align with NDIS guidelines and business policies.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance documentation.Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and other general administrative duties.About YouWe're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for making a difference.
