Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the Front Office team
* Enhance guest experiences, especially for VIPs and long-stay guests
* Ensure accuracy and protocol adherence in data tasks
* Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests
* Promote hotel amenities and services, exceeding guest expectations
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Australian work rights and residency in Perth
* Outgoing, friendly personality with leadership qualities
* Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
* Technologically proficient with a focus on data security and accuracy
