Operations Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service.
* Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Investigate unresolved issues and provide efficient solutions.
* Support daily operations and communicate delivery performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including drivers, sales, and logistics departments.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other software applications.
* Handle high-priority freight and assist in arranging courier recoveries when necessary.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and data entry skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Salesforce experience is advantageous.
* Previous experience in transportation or logistics is highly beneficial.
