We are recruiting for a permanent full‑time National Business Manager‑ Chemist Warehouse Group to join our Sales team, to be located out of our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane.
Reporting to the Head of Sales‑ Retail ANZ, this senior appointment will be key to further strengthening and maintaining our mature commercial relationship with Chemist Warehouse Group Australia by driving sustainable, profitable growth through excellence in execution of our company strategy aligned to our customer needs. This is a high profile, career‑defining appointment for an experienced Business Manager to build on a high performing business. The ideal candidate will relish the challenge and reward of working as part of an industry leading key accounts team representing well‑known quality brands that make a difference to people's lives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute jointly aligned annual business plans with Chemist Warehouse Group Australia
* Achieving optimal distribution of agreed core range
* Executing programs that maximise sell‑through to achieve category hurdles and drive category growth
* Improving promotional effectiveness through effective pre‑ and post‑evaluation and customer collaboration
* Optimise Metagenics retail brand presence and planogram compliance in‑store and online.
Additional responsibilities
* Negotiate and monitor and deliver trade terms compliance to our customer agreements.
* Manage trade spend investment within budget and company guidelines.
* Deliver forecast accuracy objectives and contribute to the monthly sales and operations planning process.
* Manage the deliverables with the 3rd party field sales team to ensure effective execution of agreed plans.
* Collaborate broadly and cross‑functionally both internally and externally to ensure excellent customer experience and 1st‑class execution.
Qualifications and required skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing (or offer significant relevant industry experience)
* Ideal experience across FMCG, Pharmacy & E Commerce Account Management
* Previous experience managing Chemist Warehouse Accounts an advantage
* Highly developed analytical skills with previous exposure interpreting IQVIA, Circana and/or Nielsen data sets
* Mature commercial acumen & business negotiation skills—forecasting, budget management, interpretation of financial statements, markets and sales trends
* An innate ability to build and retain productive and authentic relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
