Job Title: Business Development Leader
The primary function of a Business Development Leader is to establish strong, profitable relationships with target customers within their designated territory. With a sales-focused approach, they proactively identify solutions to customer challenges and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory.
* Identify and resolve customer issues through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
* Accountability for sales and gross margin performance of your assigned territory
* Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions
* Achieve annual sales targets
* Develop new business opportunities through business development and account management initiatives
