Key Responsibilities
* Complete pre-install tasks including administrative duties and ensure all necessary materials are available and accurately prepared.
* Confirm installation schedules with clients and prepare vehicles with required tools and equipment.
* Perform upgrades, modifications, and game change conversions as needed.
* Work collaboratively with the team for installations, removals, and relocations of electronic gaming products.
* Capture and update all activities in our salesforce system.
Requirements
A valid Australian driver's license is essential.
The ability to obtain and maintain relevant state/territory gaming licenses is also required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide exceptional customer service are must-haves.
You should be self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple client sites.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and maintenance scheduling would be an advantage.
