 
        
        OverviewHomelife Association Inc is a Not-For-Profit leading provider of disability support services, dedicated to empowering individuals to live their best lives in the Moreton Bay – Brisbane North region.ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Rostering: Managing and optimising staff and client schedules to ensure timely and seamless service deliveryOn-call roster: Managing the on-call phone on a rotation roster for out-of-hours support and emergencies.Administrative Tasks: Managing program-related documentation, maintaining accurate participants files and others.Direct Support: Providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Team Leader to ensure efficient program operationEssential Skills and ExperienceNDIS Expertise: Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework, including funding models, service agreements, and quality and safeguarding requirements.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with participants, their families, Team Members, and external stakeholders.Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification (or willingness to obtain)SCHADS Award Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the SCHADS award structure and requirements.Previous Experience: Minimum 12 months proven experience in administrative or support roles within disability or community services sector.Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EziHealth CRM or similar software.Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.Empathy and Compassion: A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities and a compassionate, person-centered approachAustralian citizenship or permanent right to work in AustraliaNDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)What We Offer (Benefits)Compensation: Permanent Part time, 20 hours per week.
